I stumbled upon a paradox in art class today. I had placed a metallic marble on a piece of paper to draw, and ended up drawing the reflection of everything else in it. I drew myself, and even the reflection of the drawing in the drawing. So, I had this big empty space on the paper next to the sketch of the marble. I decided to draw a pencil next to the marble. So I placed the pencil on the paper next to the marble, and thought I would draw it in the reflection. Then I realized I’d have to draw the pencil next to the marble, and that had to be drawn from my perspective rather than tracing the pencil onto the paper. But then I’d need to draw the reflection of the drawing of the pencil in the drawing. And after that, the reflection of the drawing of the reflection of the drawing of the pencil. And so on, and so forth. I ended up with a hall of mirrors and got a headache trying to figure out how to make it work. Either such a drawing is impossible, or infinitely complicated. Either way, I'm still confused.

it's hapi.
this is my new account :3
